FORA READER LICENSE AGREEMENT
Please read this agreement carefully.

NG-Computing expressly disclaims any warranty for the program
or any information or service provided by it.

The program is provided in the hope that it will be useful, without any express
or implied warranty of any kind, including but not limited to any
warranties of merchantability, non infringement, or fitness of a
particular purpose. NG-Computing does not warrant or assume
responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of any information,
text, graphics, links or other items contained within the program.
NG-Computing makes no warranties respecting any harm
that may be caused by the transmission of a computer virus, worm, time
bomb, logic bomb, or other such computer program. NG-Computing
further expressly disclaims any warranty or representation to Authorized
Users or to any third party.

LICENSE

A) Personal use
Permission is granted to anyone to use for personal purposes and redistribute
this software free of charge, provided that the below conditions are met.

B) Professional and/or Commercial use
For commercial uses, Fora Reader is distributed as Donationware. Every commercial
organization using the program for professional purposes is required to donate $10 per user.

The following conditions apply to both kind of uses:

1. All redistribution in binary form must retain all occurrences of
the above copyright notice.

2. The origin of this software must not be misrepresented.

3. Inclusion of Fora Reader on any distribution media,
any Internet site requires an acknowledgement to NG-Computing, typically with an e-mail.

4. Distribution of the program in exchange for payment,
except nominal fees arising from transmission/distribution costs, is prohibited.
You may not sell the software.
